It’s the cry of the oppressed against the oppressors. A very effective dua in overthrowing the tyrants. Reported by Imam Musa al-Kadhim (as). Has the merits of Dua Joushan Kabeer. Kaf’ami reports in his book Balad al-Ameen that when Moosa Hadi Abbasi was planning to kill Imam Kadhim (as), Imam was reciting this dua.
