His crime was to strengthen Islam by strengthening the Islamic Republic in the arena of science and technology.
Martyr Dr. Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, through his tireless services for Islam, became eligible to receive the precious gift of Shahadat from Allah (SWT). Nothing less than Shahadat could have been a reward for his selfless services for Islam.
